Following the Panorama Documentary: Behind Closed Doors: Elderly Care Exposed which was shown on BBC One, Elliott Webb from BBC Hereford and Worcester Radio conducted a ‘phone-in’ to discuss people’s experience of Care Homes in the two counties.
