Residents once again enjoyed the benefits of Yoga outside on the patio with Sally. Yoga can be the best form of excercise for the elderly, providing improved balance, reducing joint pain and improving sleep through these gentle and fun exercises. It was also great to see some of our new residents joining in too.

Nestling in the heart of Worcestershire’s rural countryside in idyllic surroundings is the Cob House . The perfect venue for tranquility and a relaxing day out. Residents explored some of the extensive site enjoying the wildflower meadow and meeting the resident reindeer, guinea fowl and exotic hens. As we were fortunate with the weather, we were able to enjoy the delights of the Mayfly Cafe outside also. A lovely day out.
Residents at The Chace recently enjoyed a trip out to Court Farm in Tillington, Herefordshire. The farm enjoys a beautiful setting in scenic Herefordshire with a huge range of ‘pick your own’ from strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb to asparagus, beetroot and onions. Residents enjoyed the lovely sunshine and made time for a spot of browsing and shopping for garden plants and home grown produce. Once again, we made time for afternoon tea in the Blueberry Tea Shop. A great day out.
