Care Manager: Lynne Burton

Lynne is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the care delivery at the home as well as improving standards through mentoring the Senior Managers. 

Lynne has 25 years experience of managing services for Older People, Adults with Learning Disabilities and Young People with Autism.  This has included working in the private, statutory and voluntary sectors.

The main body of her experience has been working in the Older Peoples sector, particulalry with suffers of dementia. She has been involved in the refurbishment of services and the development of rehabilitation and mental health services working jointly within health partnership agreements.

Senior Managers: Cathy Dunmore & Julie Moore

Cathy & Julie are responsible for the day-to-day health, care and welfare of all residents and organising the care staff and their daily duties. Cathy& Julie will be responsible for day to day care planning.

Welfare Co-ordinator: Helen Stenson

Helen co-ordinates activities and events and deals with any welfare issues. Helen is highly qualified in ‘Extend’ & counselling and ensures all the residents are able to maximise their choices in activities & welfare.

Chefs: Chris Clarke & George Keighley

Chris  is our Senior chef who leads the kitchen team at The Chace. Our menus are freshly prepared and home cooked using local produce.
