Managing Director: Anthony Reeley

Anthony Reeley is the only Director of the company. He is ultimately responsible for everything that happens here. If you feel that other members of management have not resolved a problem, then Anthony should be approached.

Registered Care Manager: Charlotte Potter

As Registered Care Manager, Charlotte is responsible for the day-to-day running of the home and the Health, Well-Being and Care of all residents and staff as well as ongoing service improvement. Charlotte also oversees all aspects of maintenance and health and safety

Assistants to The Manager: Rhona Denslow & Julie Moore

Alongside Charlotte, Julie & Rhona are responsible for the day-to-day health, care and welfare of all residents and care staff. They are key personnel in ensuring Health & Safety legislation is adhered to.

Welfare and Activities Co-Ordinator: Andrea Hughes

Andrea coordinates activities and events and deals with any welfare issues within the home.

Senior Carers: Angelina Hristeva and Cathy Dunmore

Angelina and Cathy are the Senior Care Assistants. They organise the care staff and their daily duties.

Housekeeper: Rhona Denslow

Rhona is responsible for the overall appearance of the Chace; she will answer any housekeeping queries you have. If something in your room needs attention either let Charlotte, Rhona or Julie know or pass a message to them through another member of staff.

Chefs: Chris Clarke and Gill Phipps

Chris and Gill are our trained chefs who share the position at The Chace. Our menus are freshly prepared and home cooked using local produce.

Head of Laundry - Sylvia Hewitt

Sylvia is responsible for taking care of the Residents' and household laundry, all of which is done in house.
