Meet the Team

Anthony Reeley, Managing Director

The Chace was established by Anthony’s parents as a family run care home in 1983 and Anthony has enjoyed working at The Chace for over 20 years. When Anthony’s parents decided to retire in 2001, he had the great pleasure of taking over the management of the home. We strive for quality in all aspects of our home and our commitment and reputation is exemplary. This is measurable by our achieved standards with ‘Investors in People’ and the elite care standards ‘Classic Homes’. Both organisations adhere to rigorous standards, which we are proud to be associated with.

Lynne Burton, Care Manager

Lynne is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the care delivery at The Chace as well as overseeing our continuous improvement programme through mentoring our Senior Managers. Lynne has 25 years’ experience of managing services for Older People, Adults with Learning Disabilities and Young People with Autism. This has included working in the private, statutory and voluntary sectors.

Lynne’s experience has predominantly been working in the care of Older People sector, particularly with people experiencing Dementia. She has been involved in the refurbishment of services and the development of rehabilitation and mental health services working jointly within health partnership agreements. Lynne is appropriately qualified to act in the capacity of Registered Care Manager.

Lloyd Tomkins, Home Administrator

Lloyd is responsible for all the day-to-day administration at The Chace and is always on hand to help with any  enquiries.

Well Being Co-ordinator

Toff leads on the co-ordination of activities and events. He supports and encourages residents to enjoy a fulfilling programme of ordinary life activities as well as special trips and celebrations. He is experienced in the field of counselling and exercise for older people and holds the appropriate qualifications to deliver these services to the residents.

Chris, Chef

An established Chef within the catering trade; homes, day centres and pubs, Chris leads our professional kitchen team. Chris is passionate about providing varied, home cooked food from the freshest ingredients provided by our local suppliers. He ensures our menu is both varied and nutritional and welcomes feedback from our residents on their likes and dislikes. All special dietary requirements and needs can be met.
